Return Process

  Log into your Luvme Hair account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig or hair extensions in their original packaging, ensuring all lace is uncut and all free gifts or accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
